1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Brain Burst, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Brain Burst for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in Brain Burst
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You may create an account by providing accurate and complete information, or you may use guest mode. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Use only one account per person
Not share your account with others

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Fair Play

All users are expected to play fairly and honestly. Cheating, exploiting bugs, using third-party tools, or any form of manipulation to gain unfair advantages is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Scoring and Rankings

Scores and rankings are calculated based on your performance in games. We reserve the right to adjust, remove, or invalidate scores that we determine were obtained through cheating or exploitation.

5.3 Multiplayer Conduct

When participating in multiplayer games, you agree to be respectful to other players. Harassment, trolling, or disruptive behavior may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent account termination.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Brain Burst and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service without our prior written consent.

7. User Content

The Service may allow you to submit content, including but not limited to usernames, reports, and feedback ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit User Content and that such content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BRAIN BURST, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Brain Burst and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
